Mandy Taylor BAS, RVT

Mandy Taylor, BAS, RVT, started her journey to become a Veterinary Technician in 2004. Since then, she became a Veterinary Technologist by obtaining an AAS from Delgado Community College and a BAS from St. Petersburg College. She has over 8 years clinical experience and over 5 years experience as a Veterinary Technician Educator and currently works in integrative medicine. As an advocate for the Veterinary Technician profession and promoting continuing education to always be your best, Mandy has been a part of reestablishing the Louisiana Association of Veterinary Technicians (LAVT) and is currently President.  She has a passion for taking care of animals, and educating others to take care of animals. Her passion shows through her interactive instructing style.

Becki Francis

Becki is a veterinary technician from New Orleans, Louisiana.  She has been working in the veterinary field for almost 20 years in a number of different capacities: laser therapy, massage, behavior, and intensive care.  Sharing knowledge with owners about how to take the best care of their pets is one of her many passions.  Becki lives with her four dogs, and works with a number of local animal rescues, including the Love a Pit Foundation.
