Scope of Indemnification

  • All participants in courses, hosts of class facilities, instructors, agents, and any individual or entity involved in activities associated with Pet Emergency Education LLC, including but not limited to training classes, promotional events, seminars, and any other program or event affiliated with Pet Emergency Education LLC, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pet Emergency Education LLC, its owners, employees, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “the Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, losses, liabilities, injuries, and/or damages of any kind whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, claims for property damage, monetary loss, personal injury, equitable relief, and/or wrongful death that may arise from any acts, negligence, omissions, or willful misconduct on the part of the participating individuals or entities.

Responsibilities of Indemnifying Parties

  • The indemnifying parties (participants, class hosts, instructors, and agents) shall cover all costs associated with the defense against any legal actions brought against the Indemnified Parties. This comprehensive coverage includes, but is not limited to, all penalties, judgments, fines, awards, attorney’s fees, decrees, and related costs or expenses. Furthermore, it encompasses any reimbursements to Pet Emergency Education LLC for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred as a result of such actions.

Application of Policy

  • This policy applies universally to any involvement with Pet Emergency Education LLC activities, ensuring that the Indemnified Parties are protected from financial and legal liabilities arising from the actions or inactions of others during their participation in or facilitation of activities under the umbrella of Pet Emergency Education LLC.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

  • By participating in any activity or program affiliated with Pet Emergency Education LLC, individuals and entities acknowledge their understanding and agreement to this Indemnification Policy. They recognize their obligation to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties as outlined herein.
