Pet Emergency Education LLC Registration and Refund Policy

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a training program offered by Pet Emergency Education LLC (“the Company”), participants, businesses, employers, organizations, or any entities (hereinafter referred to as “Registrant”) agree to be bound by these policies. It is the Registrant’s responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions set forth herein prior to registration.

Third-Party Registration

When a Registrant conducts a transaction on behalf of another person, entity, or acts as a representative (hereinafter referred to as “Third Party”), the Registrant assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the Third Party complies with all of the Company’s policies. The Registrant agrees to indemnify Pet Emergency Education LLC against any claims, damages, or other liabilities that arise from the Third Party’s participation in the course.

Third-Party Registration Liability: Any individual, business, employer, or organization registering a third party for our programs assumes full responsibility for the registered party’s compliance with these terms and any associated liabilities.

Agreement to Company Policies: By registering for a training program with Pet Emergency Education LLC, the registrant agrees to comply with all company policies as detailed herein.

Registration and Fees:

  • Pre-registration Closure: Registration closes 3 business days prior to the scheduled class. Registrations submitted after this deadline are subject to a $5.00 late processing fee.
  • Returned Check Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Certificate Reprint Fee: A $3 fee will be charged for reprinting certificates or wallet cards if errors in the participant’s name occur due to incorrect information provided at the time of registration.

Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation by Participant: Refunds are available only if cancellation notice is given at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start. No refunds will be issued after this period, under any circumstances.
  • Credits for Non-Attendance: Participants unable to attend for any reason within the 72-hour window will receive a credit for the full amount paid, applicable to any future class, virtual live class, or on-demand class offered by Pet Emergency Education LLC. These credits do not expire.

Class Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: If a class is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive a credit redeemable for any future class. We strive to reschedule classes and will notify participants via the provided email address of any changes.
  • Notification of Changes: Decision to postpone morning classes will be made by the evening prior, and for afternoon classes, by the morning of the class.

General Provisions:

  • Changes to Classes, Programs, and Pricing: Pet Emergency Education LLC reserves the right to modify classes, programs, and pricing without prior notice.
  • Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotions are offered at the company’s discretion and are not guaranteed.
  • Exclusions from Fundraiser Programs: Classes or programs designed as fundraisers are not eligible for discounts or promotions.

Acceptance of Terms: Registration for any class or program constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Liability

Pet Emergency Education LLC disclaims all liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm that may occur during or as a result of participation in any course offered. Registrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Pet Emergency Education LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with their participation in the course.

Modification of Policies

The Company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Registrants will be notified of significant changes through the email provided at the time of registration or via a notice on the website. Continued participation in the course after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising under it will be governed by the laws of the state in which Pet Emergency Education LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By registering for a course with Pet Emergency Education LLC, the Registrant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
