Certification Program Overview

Our Certification Program is our flagship offering, designed to teach participants the fundamentals of canine and feline CPR and First Aid. This course provides an essential overview of emergency procedures for dogs and cats before they receive veterinary care. The curriculum is developed by licensed veterinary professionals, adhering to the industry standards of emergency medical care.

Course Access and Structure

  • Course Duration: The course must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Course Navigation: Begin your course by clicking the links below. The course is sequential; you must complete each section before moving to the next. At the end of each topic, click the green button at the bottom right corner of the page to confirm completion and receive credit in the grade book.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor your progress using the progress bar at the top of the page and the sidebar. You can log in and out as needed but must finish the course within 30 days.

Quizzes and Exams

  • Assessments: Each module ends with a quiz, and there is a final exam at the end of the course. You have unlimited attempts to pass these assessments, but you must achieve a 100% score.

E-Books and Printed Books

  • E-Books: Access your e-book in the Course Introduction section. E-books are web-hosted and can only be viewed online; they are not downloadable or printable.
  • Printed Books: If you purchased a printed book, it will be mailed within a couple of business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via email when the book is shipped.
