How to Enroll Your Students for Training
The enrollment spreadsheet is how we upload your students into our database and generate their certification accounts and certificates. It is also used to create a quote and invoice for your business dept. This spreadsheet MUST be received in our office PRIOR to the students participating in the class.
Step 1. Fill out the enrollment spreadsheet with the students’ first name, last name and email address in the appropriate columns. The form can be downloaded at this link:
Step 2. Fill out the form below and upload the completed spreadsheet at the upload link. The form must be uploaded as a .csv or .xls file only. Any other file will not be accepted. Spreadsheet template is already formatted as as a .csv file for your convenience.
