Your Membership and Printing Your Certificates
Certificates are available for downloading and printing within 3 business days after the class is held from your account on our website. This includes RACE approved CE certificates for veterinary technicians if they choose not to participate in RACEtrack** (Please see RACEtrack details below as we highly recommend you do. It is a free service). We DO NOT email or mail hard copies of certificates. Our office must confirm with the instructor that you did attend and pass all of the requirements for certification.
Each participant in our classes will also receive a free 2 year membership to Pet Emergency Education. Memberships are assigned with a unique email address for each person registered. If you registered more than one person you must provide the instructor the email addresses for everyone else in your party at the class. Without a valid unique email address we cannot issue you a certificate.
Once your account is activated after the class, you can go to your account dashboard to login to get your certificate.
Remember you will not be able to access your account until after the class is held.
Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid Reference Guide
Everyone receives a reference guide as an e-book. E-books are “View Only” documents and for copyright reasons cannot be printed. They are internet hosted files and can only be opened in a browser window with an internet connection.
You are not required to have the reference guide at the class. It is a reference for the future in case you would like to review the information presented in the class.
A link to the Ebook will also be provided in each participants’ membership account
Please read the important information below about what you should expect for your class:
Please try to arrive 10-15 minute before the class starts to sign in and get seated.
We recommend dressing in comfortable attire and bringing a stuffed animal with you to practice.
For liability reasons, live animals (except service animals) are not allowed in any of our classes. LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME.
Retail items including books, pet first aid kits, etc that you purchased will be mailed directly to you at the address you provided at checkout.
For any additional company policies including our refund policy, and continuing education policy, please click on the link below for our Policy Terms and Conditions.
This class is a part lecture, part hands on training. You will be required to perform CPR on the floor in order to become certified.
If you have a physical disability that prevents you from performing these skills you MUST contact our office at 844-PET-CPR9 prior to the class session in order to request “reasonable accommodations” to assist you in performing the required skills and testing.
No one may become certified and receive their certificate without completing the testing section at the end of the class.
